To assemble the Lapbook Fold both sides towards the middle. Then in the middle when open glue the Label the body parts activity. To the Left put the All about me mini-book, The human body puzzle and the human body flashcards. To the right put the color your child did of themselves. Glue the cover to the front then cut it down the middle so you can open the book!
Other Ideas to include in the teaching of the Human Body
Make Playdough body parts
Do Songs with Movements (Hokey Pokey)
Play Simons Says
Examples of Questions to ask if following the Lesson Plan
What does our body require to be healthy?
How are our bodies different from another?
How are they similar?
How many fingers and toes do you have? eyes? ears? nose? mouth? legs?
Have a healthy snack all week to keep our bodies healthy. Have you little one help with making the snack.
